Because we attach great importance to training, every team is coached for three months by a qualified tutor who explains the ins and outs of the profession. VIR has also introduced France's first national joint training programme in driving, delivery and assembly.
Our employees receive in-depth training leading to qualifications covering road-safety training (FIMO & FCOS), handling techniques and UTEC standards.
